We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any domain listed on the platform.
To access certain features of DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account. By listing a domain, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorised agent of that domain, that the domain is free from legal encumbrances or disputes, that all listing information is accurate and not misleading, and that you have the authority to transfer the domain upon sale. Sellers are solely responsible for completing the domain transfer to the buyer in a timely manner following a confirmed transaction. DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale reserves the right to remove listings at its discretion.
By purchasing a domain through DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale, you agree that all purchases are binding once confirmed and payment has been processed. You acknowledge that domain transfers may take time and are subject to registrar processes outside DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale's direct control. DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale will facilitate communication between buyer and seller and mediate disputes where possible, but cannot guarantee the outcome of any transfer process. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any domain prior to purchase, including trademark searches, legal status checks, and historical use verification.
All payments on DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you authorise DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the full transaction amount including any applicable fees. Payments are held in escrow until the domain transfer is confirmed, at which point seller payouts are initiated via Stripe Connect, net of the applicable platform commission. All amounts are displayed in the currency specified on the listing. DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale is not responsible for foreign exchange fees or charges applied by your card issuer or bank. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be confirmed.
DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale charges a platform commission on each completed transaction. The applicable commission rate is displayed clearly on the platform and may vary by listing type, transaction value, or promotional arrangements. Commission is deducted from the seller's payout automatically at the time of disbursement. Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
The DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, code, content, and documentation, is the exclusive property of DomigoHub - Domain Names for Sale and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
